Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
- Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping normally takes 7–15 business days. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days. Delivery time may be slightly delayed due to weather, customs, courier peak seasons or remote areas.
- Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping is available for orders over the specified amount. For orders below the threshold, standard shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Express shipping requires an extra charge.
- Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting the order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
- Package Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send a tracking number to your registered email. You can track your package status online.
- Customs & Duties: International buyers may be subject to import taxes, customs duties or local fees. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs rules before purchase.
