Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your clothing items. If you are not satisfied, please read our return rules carefully.

• Return Eligibility: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days after you receive the package. Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging attached. Final sale items, customized products and worn/washed clothes cannot be returned.
• Return Reason: Returns are accepted for size issues, quality defects, wrong items delivered. If you return items due to personal preference, return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer.
• Return Process: Contact our customer service first to get a return authorization. Do not send packages back without prior approval. Please attach your order number inside the return parcel.
• Inspection: After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will confirm if the return meets our requirements.
• Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The refund speed depends on your payment provider.
• Exchange: If you want to exchange for another size or style, you can choose exchange service. You will need to cover the shipping cost for sending the new item, unless the mistake is made by our store.
